Returning Items
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return items for any reason during this time. If you’re returning due to a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping. All items are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards and match their description.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, with tags intact. When trying on clothing, please avoid contact with makeup, perfumes, or deodorants to prevent marks or scents.
For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if it is unopened, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Returning Sale/Clearance or Discounted Items:
If you’re returning any item that was discounted when purchased and the original order qualified for free delivery, our postage charge of €6.95 will be deducted from your refund.
We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and appreciate your understanding of our return guidelines.
We have extended our returns date on orders placed from the 1st of November 2024 until the 10th of January 2025 to accommodate any Christmas purchases.
How to Return Items
- Items purchased online can be returned in-store, via An Post, or through a parcel or courier service.
- For in-store returns, present your dispatch note, and ensure the goods are in a resaleable condition, unopened, with intact tags.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment card, or you can opt for a credit note if the card is not available.
Returning Items by Post, Courier/Parcel Services
- A returns form will be included with your order.
- Complete the form, enclose it with the repackaged items, and return them to Boyle For Men, 2 Bridge Street, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, H16 TX33.
- Please note that refunds to cards may take 3-5 working days to process and are subject to the policies of your card provider. If you have any further inquiries, please contact us.
Exchanging Items
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size (subject to availability) as long as it is in new, unused condition with tags attached and in its original packaging.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a completely different product, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order on our website.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are not available for sale/clearance or discounted items.
- For health and hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged if the original packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our exchange guidelines.
