Delivery Charges

*Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges in the destination country. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

**Orders shipping outside Ireland and the UK, please note that parcels weighing over 2kg may incur an additional charge. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatching your order.*

Delivery Timeframe

• We use An Post, DPD and Royal Mail as shipping partners.
• Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday to Thursday) in ROI or NI should reach the customer within 24 hours, but please allow up to 2 working days.
• Mainland UK, please allow 4-5 working days.
• EU Countries, please allow 5-7 working days.
• Canada, Australia & New Zealand, please allow 7-10 working days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Process

• Efforts are made to ensure next-day delivery, but in rare cases, it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
• Any delivery issues are promptly addressed with courier partners.
• Undelivered items must be returned for a refund or reshipment.
• Refunds for lost items are processed once the case is closed with delivery partners.

Important Information

• Ensure the accuracy of your delivery address, as redirection is not possible after dispatch.
• For security, card providers may be contacted to confirm details.
• During sale periods, delays or stock shortages may occur.
  

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect Service is offered at the listed stores. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation Email or Phone call from us. Processing Click & Collect orders may require up to 3 working days, especially if stock transfer is necessary to your chosen collection store. If you require the item sooner, please contact us before placing your order.

How to use Click & Collect

1. Place your order online
2. Choose the option I'll collect my order instead of Please deliver to me.
3. Please select the shop you wish to collect your order from.
4. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

What Happens Next?

You will receive an email to inform you that your Click & Collect is ready for collection. Please do not go to store until you receive your email. When collecting your items, you will need to bring the following:

• a copy of your order confirmation email either printed or displayed on a smartphone or tablet device
• Photographic identification, we will accept a drivers licence or passport

A nominated party may collect your order on your behalf. The person must have your order confirmation and their own photographic I.D. with them.

Please inform a member of staff at your selected shop that you have an order to collect.
