Products and Pricing

2.1 Our Website features a wide range of Goods, and while we take every precaution to ensure the accuracy of product prices and descriptions, errors may occasionally occur.

2.2 All prices displayed on the Website include VAT. We do not deduct VAT for international customers.

2.3 Payment for Goods through the Website must be made using a credit or debit card. All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your order.

2.4 We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Website without prior notice.

Placing an Order

4.1 Upon placing an order for Goods, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute order acceptance.

4.2 We reserve the right to decline an order that we reasonably suspect may be fraudulent or illegal.

4.3 All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. You will receive a second email from us confirming the acceptance and dispatch of your order (Dispatch Confirmation). A tracking number may be provided where applicable.

4.4 The contract of sale between you and us is formed only upon the issuance of the Dispatch Confirmation.

4.5 If certain products are out of stock, delayed, or priced higher than when you placed your order, we will attempt to contact you via the email address or telephone number provided during the order placement. If we do not receive a response, we will proceed with the remaining items in your order. We will not supply an alternative product without your prior consent.

Cancelling an Order

5.1 You have the statutory right to cancel an order within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day after you received the Goods, also known as the cooling-off period.

5.2 To cancel an order, please inform us by post, email, or telephone that you intend to return the Goods.

5.3 You must return the Goods to us within fourteen (14) days from the day of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods, as outlined in our Returns Policy (see Point 7).

5.4 Your statutory rights are unaffected by the Terms & Conditions of this Website.


6.1 Any delivery times or dates mentioned on our Website or in correspondence with you are estimates only. If estimates are not provided, a delivery timeframe of up to thirty (30) days applies.

6.2 We make every reasonable effort to deliver goods within the specified times, but we do not accept liability for any failure to do so.

6.3 If the Goods you ordered are not available for delivery within thirty (30) days of the order date, we will contact you via email or telephone to offer a refund or suggest an alternative item.

6.4 Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check the Goods for any discrepancies or damage compared to your original order. This should be done within the cooling-off period.

6.5 Upon delivery, the Goods are considered to be in your possession and become your responsibility.

6.6 When placing an order with Boyle For Men, you enter into a contract with our selected courier company. Our choice of courier may vary depending on the order size and delivery location.

6.7 We reserve the right to change our chosen courier company without prior notice.

Boyle For Men accepts returns of items purchased from our site within 14 calendar days of receipt. During this period, you may return items for any reason. If you return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. No charge will apply for returning faulty items. All items will be inspected before shipping to ensure they match the description and are free of damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Unwanted goods must be returned in fully resaleable condition, with intact tags. When trying on clothing, please take extra care to ensure you do not wear makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that could leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

How to Return Items

If you purchased items from our online site, you can return them in-store, via An Post, or through a parcel or courier service. You must provide your order number. If you bought an item in-store, you can only return it to the store.

Returning Items In-Store

You can return any in-store purchase immediately, provided you have your dispatch note and the items are in a resaleable condition, unopened with tags, and undamaged. Our store staff will refund your original payment card or assist you in finding an alternative. Refunds to cards may take 3-5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment method with you and still wish to make a return, we will issue a credit note.

Returning Items by Post

A returns form will be included with your order. Complete the returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items, then return it to Boyle For Men, 2 Bridge Street, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, H16 TX33.

8.1 While we strive to ensure the availability of the Website and that transmissions are error-free, this cannot be guaranteed.

8.3 We are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, lost revenues, business interruption, loss of reputation, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this Website or goods/services purchased from our company.

Customs and Import Duty

9.1 When ordering products from Boyle For Men for delivery outside of the European Union ("EU"), they may be subject to import duties upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the order recipient.

9.2 Cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by customs authorities and may be opened.

9.3 Customs policies vary, so contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Brian James Menswear outside of the EU, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the receiving country.
